REGISTRATION

Sign up early and boost your fundraising*: the earlier you register, the easier it will be to meet your fundraising goal. Teams can receive one of the following bonuses:

• Teams registered by July 14, 2024: €300/€100, depending on the distance
  • 100 km, 55 km and 25 km: €300
  • 10 km: €100

• Teams registered between July 15 and December 15, 2024: €200/€50, depending on the distance:
  • 100 km, 55 km and 25 km: €200
  • 10 km: €50
• Teams registered between December 16, 2024, and February 15, 2025: €100/€25, depending on the distance:
  • 100 km, 55 km and 25 km: €100
  • 10 km: €25

GOOD TO KNOW:

• The bonus will appear on your team’s scoreboard within one business day.
• By reducing the amount of funds you have to raise, it will be easier to meet your goal.
• You don’t have to have a full team to receive the bonus. You can add your teammates’ information at a later date.

REFERRAL BONUS:

Recommend Trailwalker to all your family and friends! If a team** mentions you when registering, your team will receive €100 for the 25 km, 55 km or 100 km distances, and €50 for the 10 km distance. The bonus will be added directly to your team’s scoreboard.

TEAMS THAT RAISE MORE THAN €3,000:
Teams that raise more than €3,000 are exempt from paying the registration fee to participate in next year’s event (at least one of the team members must participate again and the team must meet the minimum fundraising target). For more details, write to us at infotrailwalker@oxfamintermon.org.

*Bonuses and other promotions are not cumulative.

Once the team is registered, you will have your own private team page that you can personalize with a photo and presentation text, link to social media and share among your friends, family, business colleagues... and all the people you want to involve in this project for a cause. In addition, by signing up, you will receive our monthly e-newsletter, with news about Trailwalker and other Oxfam Intermón activities.

Everyone can participate in the Oxfam Intermón Trailwalker... but good preparation is essential! Oxfam Intermon Trailwalker is not an everyday event, and it’s not always easy to find information on how to best prepare for this type of activity. That’s why we’ve created a guide with all the information you need to get ready for Trailwalker.

Before the event you will receive an email explaining everything you need to know about the equipment needed to participate in the 100, 55 and 10 km events. It is important to define how contact with the support team will be maintained during participation in Trailwalker, and make sure before you start that enough food and drink is available. The 10km distance does not require a support team.
